
Throughout my 15-year tenure at Y&S, I have made significant contributions to the company's success. I spent 12 years training operators while working with our Process Lead and leading a chute design project that saved the company approximately $9,000. Additionally, I played a key role in establishing centerlines and worked for two years as a Training Coordinator / Relief Supervisor. Recently, I visited the Robinson Plant to help identify training opportunities in Payday and collaborated hands-on with operators on centerlines and CILs.
