Operations Management

  • 2012 - Consolidated all the Cleveland Division of Fire’s Information Technology operations under the administration of the Information Services Unit resulting in increased operational efficiencies and productivity.
  • 2001 - Chaired the project team that presented a Redeployment Plan of the Division of Fire’s resources to the Cleveland City Council Public Safety Committee to address a critical reduction in division resources while minimizing the service delivery impact to the citizens.

  • 2000 - Led the development team for the Martin Luther King Jr. School for Law & Municipal Careers Public Safety Academy resulting in the vocational training program being adopted by the State of Ohio as a model vocational training curriculum for all future high school initiatives within the state.
  • 2008 - Developed and administered an entry-level firefighter examination for the City of East Cleveland, Ohio.
  • 2008-2015 - Led implementation teams for several large scale systems level technology projects for the Cleveland Division of Fire.
