• 2012 - Consolidated all the Cleveland Division of Fire’s Information Technology operations under the administration of the Information Services Unit resulting in increased operational efficiencies and productivity.
• 2001 - Chaired the project team that presented a Redeployment Plan of the Division of Fire’s resources to the Cleveland City Council Public Safety Committee to address a critical reduction in division resources while minimizing the service delivery impact to the citizens.

2005 - Instituted a comprehensive firefighter training program for the Village of Woodmere, Ohio resulting in improved compliance with state and federal guidelines.

2023 - Guided development of agency's first Maritime Rescue Training Program. 

2024 - Developed and implemented agency's first Officer Leadership training program.

• 2015 - Implemented digitization of fire hydrant maintenance program in conjunction with Cleveland Water Department from an all paper based system.
• 2003 - Developed and implemented the Junior Fire Cadet Academy which resulted in Cleveland children aged 6-13 gaining needed life safety skills and program adoption by the American Red Cross.
• 2002 - Obtained and implemented an $186,000.00 grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency dealing with community risk which assisted in a dramatic reduction of fire deaths within the City of Cleveland.
• 2000 - Led the development team for the Martin Luther King Jr. School for Law & Municipal Careers Public Safety Academy resulting in the vocational training program being adopted by the State of Ohio as a model vocational training curriculum for all future high school initiatives within the state.
• 2008 - Developed and administered an entry-level firefighter examination for the City of East Cleveland, Ohio.
• 2008-2015 - Led implementation teams for several large scale systems level technology projects for the Cleveland Division of Fire.
