Joined the Global Real Estate Team to start up Sodexo’s largest global contract in 25 countries with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). I was responsible for the Southern US and the World Headquarters Campus in Research Triangle Park. Transitioned 12 cost centers to Sodexo Associates. This was the most successful venture I had ever witnessed, let alone the honor to have been on the team myself. Incentive and performance-based agreements all eventually hit a plateau, but we exceeded every KPI, and reported successful CPI’s monthly for my entire tenure.
