Accomplishments
- I successfully have created and maintained the sales calculator used for a multi million dollar roofing company. This calculator not only holds the repair and lay up inventory, but allows any sales adviser to accurately price out any scope of work down to the labor, material, profit margin and local taxes.
- I was able to lead Peak View Roofing's first hot tar job to completion. From handling the fire permits, the material logistics, the final sale price, leading the crew I personably vetted from our work force team we were able to execute a safe and accident free project withing my planned schedule. (Peak View has never done a hot project prior to this event)
- Due to my back ground with the military, I was entrusted with every military base job that was sent to my department as the superintendent of Peak View Roofing.
- My best achievement at Peak View Roofing has to be the reputation I created for myself. No one was happy to see me laid off. Everyone used me as their "go to" guy. My work relationship I had with everyone there will never be martched.
