- Acted as the point of contact for Palomar Craft Cannabis with tribal council members and regulatory agents. Helped Tribal regulatory agents to create an equal set of guidelines and regulations compared to states such as Colorado, and Nevada.
- Created an Organic Based IPM program that ensured PCC would pass all state and local pesticide level requirements.
- Recruited, interviewed, and trained all new staff members.
- Lead and Managed 44 on site employees to ensure all daily, and long term goals and parameters were being completed, and logged.
- Created a healthy culture within all departments, as well as creating and identifying an active chain of command for all employees.
- Worked with other executive members in order to create a custom building management, and inventory tracking software, as well as a cultivation tracking software that ensured that all cultivation parameters were met, and logged. ETC. EC/PPM, run off %, RH, VPD, and lighting tables.
- Created cultivations plan that would ensure the companies ability to scale up as required, in order to consistently, and accurately create plant stock that would fill the new facility.
- Managed the close out of the previous 1000 sf indoor facility, as well as the transportation of all plant material that would be transferred to new operation.
- Responsible for all operations that take place within the new Greenhouse to include, maintenance, cultivation, and harvest/processing departments.
- Logged and tracked all required data parameters within operation, and identified/implemented any necessary changes to be made.
