Anthony Mina

On March 27th 2021 I oversaw script supervision on Last Night, a short film By Kevin Rios. The project has finished post production and is about to be released this year. My role on set was to Analyze the script, but above all else it was to make sure it reflected in the film.

In my final year at New York Film Academy I was an intern for Mark Goffman Productions. While working with him I learned the ins and out of the industry from his perspective. I ran script coverage on dozens of different projects under his banner. As well as researching different cultures of cinema for multiple speeches he was giving across the globe.

I wrote a horror story for Duke Appleton back in September 2021. It was a project he thought of but later brought me in on to bring it to life. The horror was called Deadly Sins, it was about a group of derelict high school students who get trapped in a cabin after playing a satanic game. Now they must confess their sins in order to escape their own gruesome fates. I currently am reworking the project after its completion to turn it into a feature by 2024.

In February 21 I once again lead script supervision on a project for Lamont Young. The project was comedy driven, and while on set I spent over 8 hours a day making sure each joke was carried over from the script. Because the most important aspect of comedy is making sure the message translates to the screen.

For a one Month fellowship introduction into Visualization, I was the teachers Assistant. The course was an online experience, where I assisted Patrick Haskew over the course of the semester. A Visual Effects Designer for Numerous Marvel and CGI driven films.
