Started in 2000 working with south coast paper as a Machine operator with Zero experience in paper converting . within my first 6 months i was promoted to team lead . within the next 2 years i moved into maintenance as a Maintenance Helper . learned to Better troubleshoot the equipment on the electrical and mechanical side after about 10 years I was moved to production manager for about 7 years from there back to maintenance manager / Plant Manager I still hold the TiTle of both from 2018 to present .
