For me, growing up, we had two four-wheelers that we would take family rides in with my dad, brother, mom, and me. I enjoyed this time because it was a peaceful moment spent with just my family, enjoying each other's company. We then got two more four-wheelers so each of us had one and we could do more of our own thing when riding with each other. I would also ride with my friends to have a good time and come home in the summers, build a campfire, and watch baseball at night. My favorite sport growing up was and still is baseball. I started at the age of 5 and played until I was 15 and then I transitioned into a full-time runner and thrower for track and field. My favorite team is the Philadelphia Phillies, as I try to either watch or listen on the radio to every game. Baseball was life for me growing up, as it was the only thing I truly desired at a young age. During middle school, I then transitioned into golf with my best friend; he is a lot better than me, but we still have a good time being with each other. I played on the golf team in high school as well as cross-country, basketball, and track and field. I was named team captain for the cross-country and track and field teams my senior year and named captain of the basketball team my junior and senior years. When I play golf, if I am only playing 9-holes, I will walk for the exercise, but if I am playing 18-holes, I will drive the cart. Exercise is a huge part of my life, as I love to workout, eat healthy, and lift weights. I take my new rescue puppy, Rocco, on walks with my girlfriend. The peace and quiet on a walk helps me mentally reset at the end of the day and gets my body going in the mornings before work. Being active and healthy is a huge thank you to my family, as they did whatever they could to make sure I got what I needed and to motivate and push me to be the best I can be.
