  • Company Overview: 45 years old restaurant-Boca Raton, FL March 3rd/2025 to June 8th/2025, The restaurant is permanently closed.
  • In my very short employment I was able to organize wine dinners, private events, (some exceeding 20K ), Payroll, scheduling, events planner, banqueting, creating events menus, cost control, hiring, service instructor, high-end fine dining experience, marketing, budgeting, service manager. In the peak of my performances, a strongly increased sales and revenue but restaurant was abruptly closed without any prior notice, therefore I had to lay off 40 employees.Restaurant was not doing well for the past 3 years of new ownership,(i was there only 3 months prior to shutting down) and it was too late to generate expected profits, due to previously huge loss of regular customers, mainly because of poor performance of previous management Great restaurant, but closing of it permanently was inevitable.

In June till August was performing manager duties in our sister restaurant in Winter Park, training managers and improving service training for bartenders and servers, as well the front desk and retail.   • Leading the FOH restaurant team in successful day- to- day operations by example and by being a role model. Ensuring that all FOH team members product knowledge is at an acceptable level. Assessing the effectiveness of team members, providing candid, fair feedback on a regular basis, and continuously working with team members on their areas of development. Monitoring food quality and quantity as it relates to guest satisfaction. Ensuring that all wastage items are fully recovered and explained. Ensuring that all petty cash items are signed and accounted for on a daily basis. Promoting and managing FOH restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation. Responsible for maintaining an appropriate Daily, Weekly, and Quarterly FOH cleaning schedule. Recruiting new FOH team members as required within the recruitment guidelines in association with the General Manager. Staff, training and developing hourly employees through orientations, training sessions, team member meetings, and the establishment of performance expectations. Maintaining and effective fostering FOH team members keeping within the budget payroll percentage, business demand parameters, and staff skill levels. Forecasting on a weekly basis.
