  • Communication was always sent out to users every two weeks to update their Chrome OS in order to stay compliant with the network, users receive lates fixes and patches for their systems
  • On average 20-30 tickets closed every week through ServiceNow and the primary ticket system Jira that Coinbase Utilized
  • Applications such as Okta, Salesforce, Hummingbird were heavily used and need multifactor authentication to access these apps, Duo app was required as the chose by Coinbase
