initiated role in maintenance industry as porter. Regular duties included:

Performed thorough trash pickup around community dumpster areas to promote cleanliness. Facilitated waste management by breaking down oversized items. Cleaned office and gym bathrooms to uphold a hygienic environment. Restocked cleaning supplies efficiently to support ongoing maintenance efforts.

Got my CPO card and added maintaining pool duties to my daily routine. Ensured the pool was chemically balanced and free of debris.

Got Promoted to Turn Tech where I was able to turnover 4-6 turns a week. Turning unit over handled all the maintenance required in unit, painted all areas in unit as needed. Painted all front doors, patios and entry ways.

Got promoted to Maintenance Tech. Got my EPA card. Handled all work orders and emergency calls as they came into the system, and emergency calls.
