• Troubleshooting all areas of vehicle builds, demonstrated knowledge of all vehicle systems and how to repair or integrate Prototype and Production solutions
• Installation and operation of heavy equipment CnC, press brake, water jets, laser cutters, rigging, and various other machinery related operations used for prototyping

· Shop Creation- Plan, Order, hire, maintain shop from the ground up for automotive RnD

· Frequent travel to India and Europe for program development, project management, and planning for vehicle launch targets

· Facilitate off site development activities- Crash testing in Spain, location scouting, off-road testing, driving and acting in commercials.

· Working with cross functional engineering teams to devise prototype vehicles planning and deliverable timing.

· Coordinate all prototyping work, manage and delegate to my team.

· Complete all electrical work within the company. Harness builds from prints to sourcing and purchasing components and maintain an inventory of goods for repairs or immediate reworks.

· Reverse engineering- powertrain swapping for various transmission testing and electric vehicle conversion

· Working with suppliers and engineering on build feedback for launch

• Automotive assembly- Restoration and assembly of vehicles from the ground up
• Interiors- Assembly of original factory interiors with stylish modifications and rebuilds to achieve desired fit and replication
• Welding- Structure and mounting created through metal fabrication
• Electrical Diagnostics- Isolating and repairing electrical issues in factory and aftermarket harnesses and modules
