- As the Installation Performance I was responsible for recruiting, hiring and training our installation technicians. In this role I managed two locations consisting of a team of 25 installers and apprentices, 2 production managers and two warehouse locations consisting of an additional 4 people. My primary day to day function was maintaining the installation and service schedules. I also tracked the Operations department’s KPIs and forecasted installation numbers for the upcoming year, including the upcoming expansion into a third location.
