- Coordinate the use of 8 homogenization ovens, each with two loading/unloading pads.
- Operate a forklift to load material into the assigned H.O.
- Once the oven is fully loaded, prepare material logs by drilling holes in all four corners and inserting thermocouple cables to monitor internal temperature during the cooking process.
- Download and apply the correct heat treatment recipe based on alloy type, material diameter, and customer specifications.
- Conduct hourly checks to ensure all H.O.s are operating properly.
- Maintain the casting pits clear and organized.
- Unload materials from H.O.s once the cooking process is complete.
