These are what i consider my skills, im a overthinking, strategy person that likes to analyze and learn everything has possible that try to make everything the better and easy way for me and others, a very creative person, open to different point of view, open to help and most important that do everything good or perfect has possible.
Well say that I'm packer or operator only is a BIG lie, this is the job that actually I'm working and the one job that not only be finally moré that one year with, is also the job that i can say i glow a lot has a worker and probably has a person too. Here we work making different stuff in plastic, that's why the name has the Termo (Heat) and Forming (Formation) also they make screws and iron stuff but that's not my area anyways. As a packer and/or operator, I make sure that the work is as good as possible. The plastic parts sometimes come out from the machine with some problems that we need to prevent. I also made shipping arrangements, such as wrapping plastic around the pallets for delivery. Additionally, I assisted in unloading items from the truck and weighed the materials that were ready to be sent out. Other stuff I sometimes do is helping in the grinding area. I sometimes do samples for new customers for possible new jobs, and recently, I started to put the material on the machines and also make the changes. I help everyone with what they need. I help clean the machines or the area if they need. I am always open to being in different roles, and I really like it because that's the proof that I can do or be whatever I can, and I always try new things. I think that I'm ready to continue leveling up. The only problem is that I only open if I feel is right or good for me. I don't say yes to everything without thinking about it. This is the best job I ever had, and I'm very happy for all the chances I got because I continue trying to be good enough and never less.
At the bakery, I started working as a packer. After 2 months, I started working with some machines for cookies or brownies. I put the plates on the machines for the cookies, and took the weight of the packs. I also made boxes and did other tasks. It was tough, but it was the first job where I started feeling comfortable, and I saw a big difference in a short time. On the other hand, because the job was very tough, I started my back measure, and I suffered pain. Also, I feel that I don't rest because the time was random, sometimes 10 hours, sometimes 12. Sometimes I work during the day, some other times late. At that moment of back pain and crazy hours, I start hating this job, to be honest. But one thing I always goanna say, this job was the one that gave me the basics of who I'm right now as a worker, and I'm thankful for the opportunity.
I help search for and deliver mattresses. Some days, I help move mattresses from one area to another. Additionally, once a week, I take inventory of the mattresses by size and quantity. Sometimes, I inventory all sizes, and other times I only inventory half of the stock. Has an operator worked on the machines to glue up the mattress. Some days, I put the mattress on one side of the machine so they can take it for the glue part. Technically, when I was an operator, I constantly worked in different areas compared to when I was in shipping, where I only did the same stuff. My shipping job was perfect for me but be working in other area that wasn't my area it cost my job or that's what i can say, because i was working in the top of the covid 19 problem and a few times i was moving of area because they need people for substitute and the boss giving pleasure in something i was not prepared and also have a boss that i can 100 percent say that was racist or have no trust on me because i feel aways judged and i was not confortable with him at all, the first and worse job in my life.
