LABORER:

Performed physical labor that include moderate lifting of water cases, shopping bags and boxes of snacks. Restock assembly line with essential items. Actively contributed to the assembly line by building welcome baskets for incoming soldiers, their families and community members. Break down boxes and actively participated in the recycling process.

CLERICAL:

Use word processing software to create, copy, edit, store, retrieve and print Welcome flyers. Ability to perform clerical duties in an office environment that include typing shopping lists, filing orders, and maintaining appointment calendar. Developed filing systems and procedures.

Welcome and greet incoming Soldiers, families and community members

in a courteous and always professional manner. Demonstrate strong abilities to communicate clearly with Soldiers, families and community members in quarantine while fulfill personal shopping request. Ensure timely response to customers’ inquiries.

ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION:

Strong ability to learn organization's functions and procedures sufficient to receive and answer telephone calls. Communicate effectively orally and in written using tact and courtesy. Display strong skills to receive and distribute TXT messages and e-mails. Maintain calling rosters and is very sufficient in communication across various apps and platforms. Utilize verbal communication skills to maximize efforts. Follow up on requests.
