Started my time in entry level building concert blocks, where I became the supervisor. After 8 months I was promoted to a build floater supervisor, where I over saw and helped build different forms and projects. After 3 months I was promoted into the training supervisor where I help hire in and train new employees/teammates. Another task I preform is the onsite core machine, tool tracking and replenishment, rebar bending class, bobcat/skid steer training, crane training and safety. shortly after was promoted to build manger where I oversaw all projects and made sure they were completed in a timely manner.
