Expertly managed logistics operations for a company comprised of 265 employees. I oversaw daily tasks and developed a team of 8 logistics analysts. My responsibilities included managing credit card purchases, Program management and development, accounting for property and assets, facilitating budget meetings, and forecasting logistics support requirements. • Led SAP supply chain functions that supported 10 separate departments comprised of 107 service members; implemented accountability systems that protected $76M in assets with zero losses or compliance issues.

• Forecasted and executed over $1.54M FY Operating Budget by chairing weekly meetings with junior logisticians, Commanders and forecasting needs through in-depth analysis; saved ~$200K per year through effective planning, to include budgeting and financial management with SOUTHCOM entities.
• Expertly crafted networks, Standard operating procedure and standards in which 3 major commands outside of our organization budget and communicated for all sensitive activities related funding and travel.

• Oversaw 310 Citibank credit card spending accounts by conducting monthly audits, tracking authorized purchases, and monitoring issued payments; achieved “excellent” rating on all FY compliance inspections.

As a representative of the U.S. Army, my role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities within the local community. Among these duties, I am tasked with recruiting new members, evaluating their eligibility for enlistment, and providing them with essential information on enlistment programs and options. Additionally, I am responsible for preparing enlistment applications and processing qualified applications for entry into the Army and Army Reserve. I also take charge of accounting for and preparing Future Soldiers for initial entry training, while simultaneously overseeing the implementation and execution of Army awareness programs throughout an expansive area spanning 192 square miles and comprising of a population of 263,000 individuals. As part of my outreach efforts, I maintain a network of influencers in the community, including parents, educators, and officials in 12 high schools and two colleges.

• Led company in retention; incurred zero attrition rate, hiring 78 of 78 individuals accessing throughout FY 18-FY 21.
• Outperformed eight senior Company recruitment professionals by engendering 24 hiring contracts which was second overall.

In my previous role, as a logistics Analyst, I was accountable for supervising all logistical functions for a 108-member company. Primary responsibilities included ensuring smooth operation of supply support activities on a daily basis, while simultaneously leading a team of logistics analysts. I was also responsible for overseeing tracking and accounting of all organizational property, as well as requesting supplies, tracking shipments and distribution, and allocating resources based on our company's requirements.
