S&OP. Advised German elevator multi-national manufacturer how to achieve ROI in 2.5 yrs on $18.6M SAP CapEx primarily through S&OP improvements and reduced inventory levels.
Analytics. Created integrated supply chain dashboard prototype over 3 months for Fortune 200 pharma with federated data from contract manufacturers and packagers, 3PL, cold chain.
Transformation. Supply chain SME for 9 mo supply chain transformation project at client with $2.9B annual spend but legacy thinking/processes/systems. Created center-led org with best practices.

Banking Retail System Upgrade PM. Challenge: upgrade from Shaw Version 5.1 to 5.3 used by 20 banking clients. Process: led team of 12 developers, analysts, customer service dedicated full-time from 11/17 – 12/18. Result: successful upgrade (1st in 5 yrs), delivered on time, on budget, in scope.
Banking GUI Front-End PM. Challenge: bank clients required upgrade from green screen mainframe to Java GUI. Process: inherited project 1 yr & $1M behind; as PM, led 24, defined requirements; used Agile Sprints. Result: Release 1 deployed May 2018, CSA brand established, positioned for Release 2.
App Support PMO. Challenge: F125 client transitioned global application support from ECC 6 to S4/HANA. Process: in ’19 – ‘20, managed 56 technical domains in 4 waves (each with a lead), 325 global resources. Result: DXC awarded $7.2M 2-year service contract; promoted to PMO in July ’19.
IT Deployment PM. Challenge: Fortune 125 client asked for monthly Agile Sprints in ‘20 for global NextGen IT program. Process: managed 8 workstream teams thru SDLC (Plan, Define, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Hypercare). Result: joined project May ’20, led June release successfully.
