In this position it was my responsibility to greet customers and offer assistance in what they needed, by communicating with them and asking questions about their specific needs. It's important to me to help the customers in an efficient and cheerful manner to best provide great customer service and make them feel glad to have stopped by. It is also my duty to make sure the store looks clean and presentable for customers to walk in, By scanning and restocking every product that comes into the store, clearing the walkway of any clutter or mess, changing price labels so the product is up to date

During my time at cosmopolitan, it would be my responsibility to unload trucks filled with dirty and used restaurant napkins to make sure they were clean and empty for the next route of shipment. In addition, after finishing up unloading the trucks i would next have to load them up with empty cargo containers and inside the empty containers I would need to fill up with a fresh set of napkins and towels by carrying stacks at a time and neatly organizing them to make sure they could all fit.
