  • Capacity: Led Plastics Paint and Fascia Assembly Shop through launch and ramp of M3 (Legacy and Refresh) and MSX (Refresh) through cycle time reduction and quality improvements.
  • Data-Driven: Implemented the Vorne XL Productivity tool which has provided accurate OEE (Availability and Performance Metrics) that Shop uses for continuous improvement to ensure it is in position to meet production needs.
  • Labor Optimization: Reduced Plastics Paint direct labor headcount by 6 per shift (24 total), or 18% in 2023. In addition, Overtime was reduced from 15% to 10%. This was achieved with lean manufacturing principals (Yamazumi charts, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping) and large CAPEX projects.
  • Cost Savings: Reduced OPEX on CPU basis by 28% from 2022 ($11.60/unit) to 2023 ($8.36/unit) by creating target and roadmap for team.
  • Maintenance: Led implementation of Maintenance Management System (FLUX) in Plastics Paint to ensure accurate PM and work order tracking which led to Equipment Availability of 95% in 2023.
  • Quality: Led scrap reduction from 12.42% (Q4 2021) to 4.87% (Q4 2023) by mobilizing team to execute on daily process improvement and capital projects such as the Automated Inspection System.
