As a crew chief in the Air National Guard, I play a crucial role in ensuring the operational readiness of aircraft. The role of a crew chief in the Air National Guard is demanding and requires a high level of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the operational readiness of military aircraft to support national defense missions.

As a Machine Operator at Dynatect, I had a short experience. However, that does not discredit all I did or accomplished. I learned in and adapted to a very new type of environment that I had never been in. In my position specifically, I ran a machine that loaded raw material in and used measurements and dimensions to excrete rubber tubes. I also ran a machine that turned those tubes into something called bellows, following diagrams and blueprints to do so.

As an Insider, I made and managed making pizzas for customers. In this environment I was forced to adapt quickly and learn how to cope with a very busy and overwhelming environment. I had to operate a POS system and manage money as well as make pizza and manage ingredients and prepare in the morning.
