When I graduated high school I immediately became employed y a large construction firm in my home town. i worked many years in the field where I learned all aspects of commercial and residential construction. We self preformed much of the work ourselves when budget and schedule dictated. Over the years we did anything from complex foundation jobs to structural steel to trim and finish. When I left that job in 2002 I moved to Arizona to be closer to family and worked a a self employed construction super working on small tenant improvements in anthem area. In 2007 I moved with my son back to Maine and picked up where I left off with my old company as superintendent on medium scale size commercial projects .then in 2018 I decided to move back west to become closer to my grandchildren, and have been working self employed fixing and flipping houses for myself
Working as general contractor/project manager on single family fix and flip properties. Hiring subcontractors ,purchasing materials and self preforming much of the work myself. Also working keeping projects on time and budget.
