Anthony Tonetta

I began as a Welder/Fabricator and was elevated to Supervisor in 2022. In 2024 I was promoted to Manager Of Fabrication. In this role I oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all welding activities in the Fabrication Shop, as well as all associated fabrication activities and the personnel performing them.

I also oversee the School to Work Training Program for Welders and currently have four students that I am mentoring.

• Welded in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Maintained clean working environment by consistently organizing tools and equipment, promoting workplace safety.
• Demonstrated versatility in various welding methods including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core Welding techniques.
• Fabricated shop parts directly from blueprints.

I was hired as a production support person and quickly advanced to Welder / Machine Operator. I performed all production duties assigned as needed to support Customer demands.
