Planned and Maintained equipment repairs by working with technicians to ensure they understood the proper preventative maintenance. Maintained budgets on daily and weekly goals. Reviewed goals and results with supervisors monthly to establish new goals to continue team member growth. Maintained state and city regulations for environmental and plant operation requirements. I have dealt with corporate and federal officials professionally to represent the plant and or company. Oversee and plan for the installation of new equipment and work closely with contractors to ensure compliance and timelines are met. Brainstorm and set goals with dates on improvements and changes that need to be implemented to help increase production efficiency and or prevent mechanical downtime.
