During my 5 years in the Marine Corps serving as an Electro-Mechanical/Informations and Communications Technology Maintainer, I was charged with diagnosing, modifying, and repairing over 450 electrical devices, such as computers, telephones, routers, switches, and encryption-decryption devices. Additionally, I have received cross-training into satellite and radio systems.
Additionally, I am currently serving as a Sergeant, giving me the responsibility of supervising and mentoring 12 technicians on maintenance processes and procedures. I have personally taught these technicians on how to perform repairs, as well as manage trouble tickets in a timely manner.
