No Problems, Just solutions.
My first position with Double Eagle was a digitizer for Ziply Fiber, not long after I was offered a position as an Engineer Fielder for the ISP Engineers, My duties included pole identification, HOA's, mid spans and locating power and path for BFI's or new construction projects. Photos / reports would be made using Excel and would be sent to Engineers in a timely manner.
After Fielding for the ISP Engineers I was offered a position when there was an opening in Keizer for an OSP inspector. My duties included working closely with the city and sub contractors, ensure safety measures and guidelines were followed, tend to customer complaints ( home owners ),
I was laid off due to lack of ongoing construction in our zone
My duties included driving a truck and trailer to Wal Marts and FRY's in my area to check irrigation on the property, Repairs needed were very frequent, While onsite I would also cover up graffiti on the property, haul away any bulk trash or illegal dumping onsite as well
I started my company after working for a roof cleaning /pressure washing company, I enjoyed it a lot, I didn't have a whole lot of guidance but I was determined to figure it out, I knew how to do the work, so I went for it, After about a year of doing all the work myself I was able to hire friends and family and created something beneficial to my community, I did all the sales and marketing, training, leg work but couldn't have done it without my team.
We did big projects and I was able to get accounts under some big names in the construction industry, I sold my company to a good friend who is currently keeping it going strong.
I started the process of selling my company due to pandemic uncertainty. I don't plan on starting another business again. Just for the record.
