Summary

Joe(y) is the Training Coordinator and a Founding Member of Ujimaa Medics. Joe(y) liaises with other community workers to share skills, knowledge and resources to equip Black people with tools to combat the the risk factors that contribute to the health disparities that are particular to the Black community. Aside from Joey's work with Ujimaa Medics, Joey has partnered and organized with other collectives (mostly as an independent organizer) to share skills and knowledge through politicized popular education.
