Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, responsibilities include coordinating the services and supports available to consumers/clients as outlined in the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act. Also perform case management activities and any other related tasks as assigned.
Coordinate mental health services and monitor clients' progress, conduct intakes for new clients as well as write up incident reports, conduct groups with clients and perform crisis interventions when applicable, coordinate with healthcare providers, balance petty cash and other miscellaneous financial aspects of the facility.
Respond to customer complaints, process debit/credit sales, assist with quarterly reports, balance daily cash sales, balance daily debit/credit sales, interact/respond to customer inquiries, inventory, interact with customers over the phone.
