IT Experience started as Salesforce Business Analyst for Coca-Cola Corporate HR. After getting certified I managed Coca-Cola’s Sales and Service cloud as a Sr. Business System Manager, HRIS. I then worked as a Product Owner developing CTI app and Healthcare EHR integrations and eventually became the Director of Implementations, PMO at SpinSci Technologies (a start up tech company). Most recently I was Salesforce Cloud Advisor Practice Manager for a Salesforce Consulting company specializing in Financial Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Mulesoft, Sales and Service, and Marketing Cloud.
