Looking for a full time Firefighter/EMT job. Listening and learning from the firefighters at Fairmount Township has increased my firefighter skills. Coaching in the summer has taught me team work and how to build relationships with my colleagues. Being a team leader is huge and I have been able to learn that as a private contractor at Arrowhead Stadium. I have been able to teach the new employees where to go and what to take with them to be able to perform their job.
