As a Full Stack Serious Games Developer/Designer, I designed & architects, walmart internal vr creation tool set to create, publish, & distribute vr modules & lessons for walmart & sams store associates & home office associates. Additionally I created serious games using AR & VR as well as 2d & 3d webGl & mobile learning games & an online digital analytics tool that pulls & combines data from all learning games, modules, & content.
Beginning as a passion project, the Game developers Republic was created to provide training & educational material to people looking to get into, or learn about game development & 3d art. Through the development of courses, AAA quality game assets, lectures, panels, & workshops we combine our professional knowledge & experience of instructional design with 3d & game development to create educational & engaging learning content.
As a level 3, Interactive Multimedia ISDs I designed & created, Section 508-compliant, Virtual Instructor Led Training, & interactive learning solutions & simulations, that support the performance outcomes and adhere to the requirements of the Strength Maintenance Training Center of the National Guard Professional Education Center. Using & applying the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) ISD Model and using an agile project management (APM) approach, I work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to gather and analyze requirements, needs, & expectations, to effectively deliver learning content across multiple platforms and a variety of formats, including online, mobile, and blended learning environments.
