As a first-time teacher, I draw on my background in Educational Studies and my hands-on experiences to foster a supportive and engaging learning environment. I firmly believe that every child has the potential to thrive when they feel included, encouraged, challenged, and valued.
While I may not have extensive years of classroom experience or formal student teaching, I compensate for this with enthusiasm, adaptability, and a strong desire to grow. In my previous roles, I designed and implemented lesson plans aligned with state standards, incorporated technology to enhance student learning, and built positive relationships with students from diverse backgrounds. I’ve also collaborated with fellow educators and welcomed feedback as a valuable opportunity for improvement, which has helped me gain insight into becoming an effective teacher in all aspects of the role.
