As the Chief of Corporate Services, Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI)/National Counterintelligence & Security Center (NCSC), I facilitated successful high visibility corporate events for the center, including the Intelligence Community-wide 2022-2024 National Intelligence Professional Awards for Counterintelligence and Security for the entire Intelligence Community as the NCSC Program Manager, as well as other IC and corporate initiatives.

I managed the work of Government and Contractor team members in the Enterprise Management Office Corporate Services, despite the loss of personnel resources due to financial challenges agency-wide. This included leading the planning/execution of multiple marquee events (IN- FOCUS MONTH/May 2023), a series of Professional Development/Experiential activities for NCSC workforce; (September 2023) NIPA CI & Security Intelligence Professional Awards for over 590+ IC winners; Official Swearing in Ceremony of Congressionally Appointed NCSC Director (Historical/Commemorative event), and Case Studies, and a Professional Development sessions.

On an ongoing basis, I review and update the documents and support the activities for emergency preparedness for the center through updates with ODNI's Preparedness Team, serving as a Continuity Planner, also leveraging my experience from my previous role as a Division Chief at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, where I led the Oversight and Engagement Team and I received training through FEMA's Emergency Management Program.

Along with the Chief of Staff, I meet bi-weekly with Contractor Program Managers for the various Tasks throughout the center to ensure deliverables are met, submit new requests for work, or terminate services, based on center requirements. I also engage closely with the Resource Management Team to review funding solutions and submit for approval, and ensure finalization.

For my deep interest and passion for engaging incorporate contributions while promoting diversity, inclusion, equity, and inclusion, I serve as an active member of the DEIA Council for ODNI/NCSC, ODNI African American and Women's Employee Resource Groups, President for the the NGA Blacks In Government Chapter, and ODNI SHARE Ambassadors group, which focuses on promoting the prevention of sexual Assault and Harassment, enuring the workforce is informed about behaviors and consequences for various circumstances. I also serve as the center's Well-Being Representative where I coordinate workshops for the workforce to ensure employees are aware of the various services offered, how to access them in an effort to promote resilience/wellness.

I oversee the onboarding of new employees, providing necessary training and resources to ensure smooth integration into the team through the Jumpstart Orientation, including the recent transition to digital information for greater accessibility, and realignment of the presentation materials and flow for an enhanced user experience.

Coordinated with the Executive Director and Chief of Staff to organize the annual performance evaluation cycle for government employees, including the performance pay awards and had direct communication with Managers and employees, and Detailee agency representatives for award recipients to ensure program activities were executed.

As Chief, Work life Resilience Branch, I was responsible for overseeing 6 high visibility program functions, and the supervision of a team of Government employees. This included daily interaction and coordination with managers, employees, and contract staff to ensure a successful branch, supporting the workforce wellness programs, including Employee Assistance Program, Nursing Mothers Program, Oversaw the Telework, Advantage Fitness, Personnel Accountability, and Part-Time Employment programs for the entire agency, during the height of COVID-19 and an increased amount of stressors were overwhelming the workforce. I led the team of Government employees in both the East and West campuses, where support for services was needed, including outpost stations. I visited sites where support was requested, to ensure problems were being addressed by leadership.

I led the assessment, planning, and implementation for optimization of the wellness programs. On a continual basis, I coordinated the review of agency guidance and federal regulations to best align processes for best decision making and support to our stakeholders I leveraged my creativity, resourcefulness, and knowledge to innovate and prepare for evolving the various wellness programs.

For the branch, I oversaw all communication activities, including plans for program launches, events, and weekly notices to the workforce.

I made it a priority to enhance employee satisfaction by implementing effective HR policies and procedures related to NGA's work-life programs and facilitated comprehensive wellness programs to enhance employee worklife-balance.
