The built-in approval workflow engine gives more control on projects during every phase of the project by effectively tracking and managing the budget. initiation, monitoring change orders and controlling the close-out costs for efficient management of the program. Apart from managing time and schedule, it tracks Budgets, Tasks and Expenses of the project at any point of time and controls the budget and expenses very efficiently. The Validation rules, various inbuilt reports and dashboards including Earned Value Analysis, Budget Burn Rate Report, Task Budget Variance Forecast help the project manager and program managers to control the projects and programs efficiently.
