  • Maintaining of Ariba/ ILMS spreadsheet for requisition of work order for the approval of vehicles or equipment breakdowns in accordance with the proforma invoice selected
  • If obligated or fully approved, scheduling and guiding the vehicles to appropriate garages required for repairs under the supervision of my Supervisors, AGSO and GSO to avoid unauthorized commitment
  • Performing a regularly upgrading engine oil, brake fluid, power steering fluid, radiator coolant water, radiator windshield cleaner fluid or glass cleaner, radiator flush, batteries replacement, check belt condition to name a few…
  • Working with procurement upon the invoices submit requisitions through ARIBA/ ILMS to solve problems of Mission’s vehicles repairs and invoices payment process of the vendors after being fully approved
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheet to prepare report of repairs, maintenances, or consumptions of stuff of each vehicle for tracking record
  • Filing the hard copies of the invoices, ILMS requisitions and registered tracking records in Integrated Logistics Management system

  • Regular items inventory, performing and maintaining clean working area the warehouse for the well-being and safety purposes in general

  • Filing chronologically the hard copies and ascending order with the following attachments (Purchase Orders, Waybills/delivery order or GRF, packing slips, purchase and stock release form), registering tracking in the system as well
