    • Utilizes POS and Welfare Management System (WMS) systems to verify information provided on client’s documentation, checks documentation for inconsistencies, omissions, and transposition errors.

    • Returns questionable case documents, or documents that are illegible or unreadable to th Unit Supervisor.

    • Maintains logs of all indexed cases and statistics of all errors found for reporting requirements.
