As Athena scaled, I invested more into product development that enables quicker cycles of workflow development and pushing capabilities to users, as well as evals and autonomous multi-agent solutions.

• Rebuilt product lineup, addressing reshaping job market and reskillers needs

Kicked off and guided several successful strategic initiatives:

• Externships: analysis and ML prototypes made by groups of students for external companies: 90% employment rate and direct hires from participants
• Automated first code reviews: internal algo later swapped with GPT3
• User segmentation x psychometric data as core metrics engine: new suite of metrics → new dashboards → new initiatives & way to measure success → activation rate grew by 40%, churn dropped by 20%

• Led research, localization, development and staffing for launching Practicum in American market
• Iterated on GTM tactics and acquisition experiments in partnership with marketing team until we got first cohorts with 50+ students

• Carried out a series of interviews with data reskillers and data hiring managers; led design of the curriculum and content of Data Analyst and Data Scientist programs
• Owned out design and infrastructure projects for Practicum platform to enable cloud Notebooks environment with GPU clusters and interactive platform for data science and ML workflows

• Introduced a number of improvements and new offerings to Foxford's product for teachers, achieving 20% revenue growth YoY
