Complete full inventory of received materials/equipment upon delivery. Inspect for any damages of items. Decifer if item is a property book requirement and notify PBO office of its arrival. Create end user pick up signature sheet. Notify end user when materials/equipment are ready for pickup and obtain signature before release.
Maintain the ATEC-DPG-Procurement receiving report daily.
Responsible for priority pickup of materials/equipment in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas for on-going testing.
Assist in the processing of outbound shipments.
Place bi-weekly gas cylinder order while maintaining inventory of WDTC cylinder yard. Keep cylinder yard secure. Delivery of cylinders to all WDTC facilities.
