I am an honest man with a good background, 32 years old. I do not cut corners; I am a dedicated father, involved and invested in church ministry, rebuilding my skills in martial arts, and currently in business school to prepare for a future martial arts platform. I am seeking a decent, Mon-Fri, full-time position with set hours during the day.
I did not post any job experience prior to my Navy career, but I can provide it if asked.
Due to my son getting out of homeschooling and back into public school, I needed to switch to a day position. Because they had no availability, I was forced to move on.
As a Sterile Processing Technician, I had the same general duties and universal procedures as listed in the above job experience at Sentara Leigh Hospital.
In addition to this, though I had general duties as a sailor, I had command collateral duties that included COVID test administration outside on hospital grounds, as well as joining and regularly training with the Hospital Emergency Response Team and Hazmat Team. I also had a number of important department duties, including the responsibility of totally overhauling the organization of our medical instruments, in our storage, and in the database, which made the efficiency of our work overall much faster.
I got out in 2021, transferring my skills to the civilian sector.
