Works in partnership with the Faculty Academy Leader and with the respective Academy Teams by providing proactive leadership to engage all stakeholders in the delivery of programs and services to support all Middle School students’ academic achievement, personal, and social development. Works cooperatively with respective Academy teams, counselors, students and parents towards achieving a positive school climate.

• Works with a high level of independence and professional discretion under the general supervision of the Head of Student Leadership.
• Applies operational leadership, creative thinking and depth of knowledge to help support student growth and development as it pertains to behavior, academics, athletics, student life, character development, and mental health.
• Manages 160 Middle School students and oversees all behavioral action plans, including restorative and relational discipline plans.
• Works in partnership with the Faculty Academy Leader to design and deliver all Middle School Programming.
• Coordinates communication strategies for parent and faculty updates on students’ progress and steps for corrective behavior.
• Collaborates with the Middle School counselor and learning specialist to identify student needs and how best to support the student.
• Inspires, guides, and supports Middle School faculty with best practices for classroom management and student relationship building.
• Cultivates positive relationships with parents and staff to facilitate school operations and student success.
• Partners with teaching staff to develop and improve curriculum and disciplinary offerings for students.
• Builds and maintains a professional rapport with a broad audience - students, parents and all other faculty/staff.
• Serves as the Middle School athletic director.

Maintained the security and integrity of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) Step 2 Clinical Skills (CS) administration and materials by directing and assisting examinees in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Documented and communicated any irregular behavior with Examinees to proper resource.
• Presented information to foreign and domestic medical graduates about policies and procedures for the exam.
• Provided customer service to all foreign and domestic medical graduates throughout the exam - answered questions, provided clarity, directed all inquiries to proper outlets.
• Trained and mentored all incoming proctor staff and AODs.

Recorded standardized patient encounters of USMLE Step 2 clinical skills administrations as well as day-to-day maintenance of all CSEC control room audiovisual equipment. Managed training of CSEC personnel on safety protocol and procedures, and proper use of audiovisual equipment.
