Review Notices to Appear issued by CIS, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and ICE to determine legal sufficiency prior to filing with the Immigration Court. Review incoming pleadings and immigration correspondence to establish priority and time sensitivity in handling. Review requests for motions for compliance with local standards and content. Provide Chief Counsel with weekly and monthly reports of interagency requests for cases having applications with potential prosecutorial relief applications impacting immigration proceedings. Evaluate and monitor Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to continuously streamline the process for efficiency. Process Stipulated Removal (STIPS) cases.
