Propulsion Team Member

- Designed and developed a solid rocket motor to meet thrust requirements and specific impulse targets for a high-altitude rocket.
- Conducted detailed structural and thermal analysis of the motor casing using SolidWorks and ANSYS to ensure integrity under high-pressure conditions.
- Collaborated with a cross-disciplinary team to integrate the motor with the rocket’s airframe, focusing on stability and performance during flight.
- Performed static fire tests to evaluate the motor's performance, gathering and analyzing thrust data to optimize the fuel grain geometry and burn rate.
Autoclave Development Team Member
August 2024 – Present
- Spearheaded the design and construction of an autoclave system from start to finish for curing composite materials, ensuring high precision and uniform temperature distribution.
- Used MATLAB to model thermal dynamics and validate pressure control systems, contributing to efficient composite manufacturing.
- Led testing efforts, including pressure and thermal control validation, to ensure system reliability and safety compliance.
