My daily reports as a Sales Associate was to go door to door promoting our contracted brand of Verizon products to qualified customers and ensure that the process is smooth and efficient as well as transparent enough so that the customers could understand what they were paying for.

• Supported team in achieving branch goals through effective communication and collaboration.

As a Mover, I was tasked with assisting the drivers in moving equipment, furniture, and various day to day items from one location to the next.

• I always made sure to effectively communicate with clients to address concerns and provide updates throughout the moving process (because I believe shepherding is important).

My duties were to clean every classroom in my sector, as well as the health clinic on Wednesday’s and Friday’s, operate floor machines to professionally prepare the floors for the next day.

• Maintained cleanliness and sanitation of educational facilities to ensure safe environments for students and staff, got constant praise.

My nightly routine was a 12 hour shift, as a line worker, I helped run the line, reported to the MA (Machine Attendant) whenever the lines went down or there was another concern. Other duties were stocking the machine compartments, making sure that the line was neat, and checking computers for error codes. I would also go on to complete training myself to be able to know how to run lines.

As a Pressure Washer Operator, my average routine was a little mixed, I was on call, so I would have on average of two through four services a day. Some were during the day, others were during the night. Getting to the point, I had to operate a mid size Pressure Gun and clean various surfaces and equipment in various weather conditions to the customers satisfaction and in a timely manner. Other tasks included: going on rooftops, cleaning out kitchen vents, and pressure washing cleaning area.

• Operated high-pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces efficiently.

As a Customer Service Representative, my tasks were to run the register, greet customers, as well as help out customers whenever they need help, stock the isles and ice rooms, as well as the refrigerators. Additionally cleaning the restrooms, mopping the store floor, and front facing all the products.

• Provided exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Processed transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
