In 2020, Aeon Inc took over Kablelink's territory in hillsborough and polk counties. At that time I made the decision to stay on with Aeon in the sane position I had with Kablelink. As such my duties remain largely the same.

In addition to my previous duties, I am responsible for:

Assessing MDU pre-wire orders on site to determine the work necessary to replace the faulty wiring at the customer's residence.

Submitting Maintenance repair tickets for bad taps upon technician submission of failing levels

Assisting the warehouse team with check out/in of technician equipment and customer returns.

As a field supervisor for kablelink, I was responsible for the scheduling, dispatch and supervision of an average of 25 technicians in my management area. My duties included:

- Making sure all technicians have the equipment and supplies necessary to complete all work assigned

- Ensuring all technicians were running on time to appointments, while assisting however necessary to ensure the time frames were met, and/or reassigning jobs as needed.

- Assisting techs in the field with issues that arose on the job such as locating taps, vaults, and assessing any problem that arose on a job that a technician was unable to solve independently.

- Assessing and resolving any premise clean-ups, damages, or customer complaints received as a result of work performed by my technicians

- Ensuring safety checks were performed in order to ensure all of the proper safety equipment and procedures were being utilized by the technicians

- performing QC's to ensure all proper installation procedures were being followed, and quality of work was up to charter/spectrum specifications, as well as customer's expectations

- Resolving any job related technician concerns, requests, or needs.

As a spectrum installer I was responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing all residential Spectrum Services Including cable television, broadband internet, and residential phone services. I was responsible for maintaining a clean work area, as well as maintaining a professional level of communication and customer service while on the job. As part of every installation, I was also responsible for ensuring the customer was educated on all products and services being installed at the home, as well as answering any questions to the customers satisfaction.

As a contractor I was responsible for accounting for all of my supplies, tools, and equipment, as well as my own vehicle and fuel. I maintained records of every job completed, as well as billing submitted to Spectrum

As an independent IT contractor, my business focuses mainly on custom PC systems and home networking. I install and maintain systems for home and business, as well as address any custom building wiring needs the customer may have.

I have experience installing windows and linux systems, LAMP server installation and configuration, FTP, VPN, and NAT solutions. My home networking services include woring for HSD, Phone, and Fax, as well as custom coax installation whether it is prewire or postwire.

I take a customer first approach when performing my service, always ensuring the customer is getting exactly what they want as efficiently and cost effectively as I can make it happen. I focus on communication, and quality of work on every job.
