Oversee a team of eight that range from CMM Dimensional Coordinators, Quality Technicians, Auditors and Destruct. Manage their ADP, coaching, training and discipline.

Actively work with multiple other departments on root cause analysis to solve critical in-house and customer issues.

Support and oversee the quality of parts being manufactured on third shift in a 270,000 square foot welding & assembly facility with no supervisor on site.

Led a team of Quality Technician's, tasked with training, overseeing work completion and assisting in problem solving and escalation.

Responsible to ensure all containments were managed effectively.

Assigned to a Zone of the shop floor which rotated on a weekly basis.

Performed daily standard inspections on finished goods from my zone. This included gage checks, pry checks, MiG/braze weld audits, feelers and go/no go.

Audited shop floor associates to ensure they were aware of active Quality Alerts and following them as stated in the Alert.

Trained as backup Cut N Etch Technician.

Hired in full time as production associate. Started working on our Rear Rail lines then quickly shifted across the plant to fill gaps where needed.

Tasked to train other associates on standard work. Assisted my production team leader as a relief operator.
