  • Purpose of Position: Under the supervision of School Principal’s, manage the Administrative Office’s of two Charter High Schools and ensure that all required reports are submitted accurately and on time. Also, Coordinate and Schedule statewide mandatory testing, school calendar, staff trainings, major projects and serve as the communication hub between the Agency, School District, and key stakeholders.
  • Duties & Responsibilities:
  • 1) Manage and Supervise Administrative Offices and Administrative Staff.
  • 2) Develop master calendar, quarterly newsletter, weekly reports/bulletins, flyers, staff and student certificates, memos, and as needed reports and publications.
  • 3) Ensure all monthly, quarterly annual reports and request are submitted to Agency, School District, and County Office of Education.
  • 4) Supervise and Coordinate logistics of Student Data-Base System (ARIES) to accurately input Student, Staff, and School records and personal information into the system. Update; weekly and annually as required by Office of Education.
  • 5) Petty Cash custodian for School Division; Cash Distribution, Balancing Monthly Replenish Report, Submitted Reports and Bank Runs.
  • 6) Assist in consultation to School Principal, review and respond to California Department of Education, assist in research and apply for grants that generated categorical funding for supplemental programs.
  • 7) Work Orders and Supplies; generate Work Order request to vendors as needed, maintain office supplies, order graduation diplomas, and other various supplies on-line as needed.
  • 8) Assist and Support School Principal, Staff and Teachers as needed. Logistics for Trainings, Staff and Parent meetings, Local School and Agency meetings, and all other scheduled events.
