Platform Technician consist of dealing with the tablets that’s inside the semi trucks my job was to make sure the tablets worked at all time with no malfunctions, if so I go in and figure out the issue to fix it by troubleshooting or replacing the entire table.
Also did preventative maintenance on the trucks things like inspect the trucks to see if they were any minors issues wrong with the truck like check the tire pressures, lights, air filters and also changed brakes and drums things of that nature. Still room for improvement and willing to learn
