Extensive knowledge in warehouse operations to include loading and unloading trucks; shipping and receiving; order picking/packing; staging and stocking. Excel at accurately labeling freight, monitoring inventory, calculating and using computer to verify incoming shipments within high-volume warehouse environment. Proficient in the use of basic tools and equipment including skate wheel rollers, dock carts, hand-held scanners, chutes and unloading devices. Readily support new processes and promote team-oriented environment to enhance productivity, build morale, and innovation. Possess valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, electric jack, skid steer, kobota and lift certification, and ability to lift 50 pounds minimum.
- Build boxes to get ready for material to be placed in
- Build lids for the boxes
- After certain amount of boxes and lids are built, place plastic bags in boxes
- Once all of that is ready, push buttons and flip switches in order to start line
-After line is started, use Kobota or Skid Steer to fill classifier so product can run through the line
- After a box is full of product, use forklift to switch out boxes and line up full box for the truck
- Continue process until product is out
- If a pan pulls up to dump more product slow the line down and go unload product
