
Well, my background consist of many traits. Anything from teaching, training, or mentoring of all ages to skydiving 13,000 feet out fo the sky on occasions. Not entirely too sure about what skydiving has to do with health and nutrition but I figured it is one of the many traits I have. I come from a pretty rundown town within the heart of Baltimore City, MD. Cherry Hill, to be exact, which didn't have the best education system nor the best environment. Growing up, as I mentioned before, I've never been in the best shape from 1 to 2 years of age up until 13. I knew, what seemed as if we were constantly moving, that it'll be hard to make friends as a bigger child weighing in at 230 at the age of 13.

Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal - For contribution to the Command Fitness Leader program as an assistant, leading over hundreds of Sailors and Marines to a healthier standard having 20 of the overweight personnel be within standard.
Master Training Specialist - completion of instructor school and maintaining an overall passing rate throughout my classes. Whether is dealt with health, survival or mentoring.
